“I learn from my patients everyday.” – a well-recognized sentiment among healthcare professionals has been reflected in my career as a physical therapist. Over the past +15 years, I have worked in direct patient care, treating various orthopedic injuries, been a clinical instructor to students and a speaker at courses.

Being in the trenches with my patients, listening to their stories and helping them navigate their way out of pain has been a humble learning experience. People don’t want short-term solutions to their problems; they don’t want to be dependent on their providers, and they certainly want to know how to take care of themselves first!
