Better Than Cure(BTC), LLC is an independently owned physical therapy practice by Gauri S Dhamnaskar PT, DPT (she/her). It is not affiliated with any other organization associated with the owner.

I understand that the website, social media content, other print and electronic media presence of the owner and of ‘Better Than Cure LLC’ is the sole property and representation of Ms.Gauri S Dhamnaskar and subject to copyright.

Patient Confidentiality: I understand that for in person or virtual sessions done through Better than Cure, I would be using the ‘Google Workspace’ portal including- Gmail, ‘Google meet’ (for video visits), Google docs and Google calendar for scheduling appointments. I understand that BTC will abide by HIPPA privacy laws per the BAA signed with Google. All information is confidential and to be shared only directly between client and Better Than Cure, not by 3rd party. (i.e. family members, doctors, other clinicians) No medical records will be shared through Google Workspace.

Fees: Fees for the services selected and consented to are due in full at the time of signing of contract.
At this time payment is accepted by ‘Zelle’ alone. Superbills for FSA/HSA and out-of-network benefits may be provided upon request.

Scheduling Appointments: Appointments are scheduled by the client through Calendly/Google Calendar. The calendar will be made available to the client after the initial free consult

Appointments: Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to appointment will incur a full refund
Appointment cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
Appointment may be rescheduled in case of emergency only once per session

Behavior/Ethical conduct: Clients are expected to behave courteously and respectfully towards the practitioner. Clients may expect the same professional behavior from the practitioner towards them. Audio/video recording or use of AI is not permitted during any session. Safety and security of the practitioner during an in-person visit is the responsibility of the client.
