I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. I’m also Credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Certified McKenzie Physical Therapist) and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. My clinical experience spans over 15 years of working in direct patient care, treating various orthopedic injuries in the young adult to senior population. Working as a physical therapist, a clinical instructor to students and as a guest lecturer, speaker and presenter at conferences,I have tried to expand the scope of my practice through all these years.
My unwavering dedication to my patients and to the profession itself for the last several years egged me to take a deep dive into the area of ‘Injury Prevention’. Listening to patients, I recognized the need to bridge the gap between them and their ailments through- education!
I’ve worked with athletes to design programs in order to help them prevent known/recurring injuries and improve their performance. I bring the same knowledge and passion when working with my clients to prevent neck and back injuries. With my extensive clinical background ,specialization in managing spinal pain and a focus on ergonomics I can help you understand the the do’s and don’ts of daily living and take charge of your own health to avoid the cycle of chronic pain!
